These Terms and Conditions of Sale ("Terms") apply to all orders placed with and accepted by Goods N Go, whether electronically or otherwise. No additional or conflicting terms from buyers shall be binding unless expressly agreed in writing by Goods N Go.
Goods N Go reserves the right to accept or decline any order at its sole discretion. Acceptance occurs only upon shipment or written confirmation of the order.
Prices are as quoted and may change without notice. All payments must be made in full by the due date stated on the invoice or otherwise agreed.
Late payments may incur interest at the highest rate permitted by law, and Goods N Go may suspend deliveries or cancel outstanding orders until payment is received.
Delivery dates are estimates only; time is not of the essence. Goods N Go is not liable for damages arising from delays.
Title and risk of loss pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier for shipment.
Buyers must inspect goods promptly and notify Goods N Go within 24 hours of delivery regarding any shortages, damages, or defects.
Claims made after 24 hours will not be considered. Goods N Go's liability is limited to repair, replacement, or credit for defective goods at our discretion.
Returns require Goods N Go's prior written approval and may be subject to a 20% restocking fee and return shipping charges.
Order cancellations by the buyer may incur cancellation charges including but not limited to production or shipping preparation costs.
Goods are warranted against defects in materials and workmanship only as specified by the point of manufacture.
No other warranties, express or implied—including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are provided.
Goods N Go's total liability under these Terms shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific goods giving rise to the claim.
In no event shall Goods N Go be liable for any consequential, incidental, or punitive damages, whether arising in contract, tort, or otherwise.
Goods N Go is not responsible for delays or failures to perform caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control (e.g., natural disasters, transportation disruptions, acts of government, labor disputes).
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
Disputes shall be resolved via appropriate legal proceedings in Pennsylvania, and parties waive the right to jury trials.
Any amendments to these Terms must be in writing and signed by both parties. If any provision is ruled invalid, the remaining provisions shall remain in full effect.
